根据报错我们可以知道 vscode 与 杀毒软件 发生冲突 (due to anti-virus software and/or runaway processes)

解决方法 1 关闭杀毒软件重新安装vscode

2 将vscode文件夹添加到信任区（不同杀毒软件操作不同）

3在杀毒软件自带的软件管家下载vscode
